By providing the club secretary, chairman or treasurer (collectively the officers of the club) or, as the case may arise, the club social secretaries, with such personal data as they may from time to time request, and unless notified otherwise to any or all of those individuals in writing, you agree that this data may be shared with other members of the club in whole or in part at the discretion of the officers of the club for any and all of the purposes of the business of the club. Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose without first obtaining your express permission.
